Data Collection

MindZan collects only the data needed to provide access to the platform and support the learning experience. Depending on how your school or center uses MindZan, this may include account information such as name, email address, school membership, role, and learning data related to training sessions, homework, and progress.

How We Use Data

We use data to authenticate users, connect them to their school or center, provide teacher dashboards, assign and review homework, show progress, and improve the reliability of the product. We do not sell personal data and we do not run an advertising business on student data.

Data Storage

Some training information may be stored locally on the device for a smoother student experience, and account or school-related information may be stored on secure servers so the platform can function correctly. We take reasonable measures to protect stored data and limit access to authorized personnel only.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Schools and centers may also request removal of their organization data where applicable. Data stored locally on a device can usually be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the application.

Children's Privacy

MindZan is designed for educational use by students, teachers, schools, and learning centers. Student access is typically managed by a school, center, parent, or teacher. We aim to limit unnecessary personal data collection and expect schools and guardians to use the product in a responsible way.
