Access to MindZan
MindZan provides educational software for schools, centers, teachers, students, and families. Access to certain parts of the platform may depend on school membership, role, subscription, or organizational setup. You are responsible for using the product only through authorized accounts, invitations, or school-managed access.
Acceptable Use
MindZan is intended for educational use. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, redistribute proprietary content without permission, or use the product in a way that harms other users, schools, or the service itself.
Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, or modify MindZan over time. Some features may change as the product evolves. While we aim to keep the platform reliable and available, the service is provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times.
School and Organization Use
If you use MindZan through a school or center, that organization may manage access for its teachers and students. The organization is responsible for using the platform in accordance with applicable laws, communicating appropriately with its users, and sharing only authorized invitations or access details.
